1. Start in the Editing Suite.

2. Click Picture Edit.

3. You must now import a picture using one of these methods:

• From a saved file:

1. Click Load New Image

2. Browse to the pictures location and highlight the image.

3. Click Import.

• From another program

1. Copy the picture to the clip board by selecting the picture, click Edit, and then click Copy.

2. Now in the Wizard click Paste for Cropping.

• From the Image Catalogue

1. Click Add Picture by ID Number.

2. Enter ID number of desired picture.

3. Click OK. Skip remaining steps.

Note: Any scanned picture should be scanned in at 300 dpi.

3. Click Paste to Description.

4. Click Save & Exit.

Note: If you would like to crop the picture you can do so by clicking in the left window, holding the left mouse button down, and dragging a box around the picture.
