1. Start in the Editing Suite.

2. Click Ans. Picture Edit.

3. You must now import a picture using one of these methods:

• From a saved file:

1. Click Load New Image

2. Browse to the pictures location and highlight the image.

3. Click Import.

• From another program

1. Copy the picture to the clip board by selecting the picture, click Edit, and then click Copy.

2. Now in the Wizard click Paste for Cropping.

• From the Image Catalogue

1. Click Add Picture by ID Number.

2. Enter the ID numbers of the desired pictures in the appropriate answer boxes.

3. Click OK. Skip remaining steps.

Note: Any scanned picture should be scanned in at 300 dpi.

3. Select the answer that you would like the picture to be associated with by clicking on the radio button below the desired picture answer box.

4. Crop the picture by clicking in the left window, holding the left mouse button down, and dragging a box around the picture.

5. Repeat steps 3 - 4 as needed.

6. Click Save & Exit.

Tip: You can jump from answer picture to answer picture by clicking the right mouse button in the Answer Picture Selection window.
