1. Launch the Wizard Test Maker

  2. After you select your question database you will be in "The Study".

  3. Click Create Test.

  4. Click By Random Selection.

  5. Click the Unit(s) that you would like questions from.

  6. Click Next.

  1. Expand the unit by clicking on the chapter, then the topic.

  2. Select the unit, chapter, topic or subtopic that you would like your random questions to be selected from. You will notice that on the upper right corner of the Add By Random Selection screen it will display the unit, chapter, topic or subtopic that is currently selected.

  3. Enter the number of questions that you would like from the selected category by clicking on the + or - buttons or by entering a value in the box next to the + and - buttons.

  4. Repeat steps B and C until you have completed adding questions to you test.

  1. Click Finish.

 

Note: The random selection feature selects the greatest variety of questions. It will randomly pick questions from every Subtopic under the Unit, Chapter, or Topic chosen. It will continue to do so until the number of questions to be selected is less than the number of subtopics. At this point, it will choose questions from random subtopics.
