Each subscription is for one student in one class. When your district or school purchases a bundle of subscriptions, as each student is assigned their first activity, one subscription is deducted from your total.
Example: My Town School District purchased 50 subscriptions. A student, Mary Jones, is enrolled in Chemistry and Algebra II. Once activities are started for her in these subjects, 2 subscriptions are deducted from the District’s total. Another student, David Smith, is enrolled in US History. When he starts his first activity, 1 subscription is deducted from the total. My Town School District has used 3 of 50 subscriptions.
Subscriptions will expire at the end of the semester or school year. Unused subscriptions can be rolled over for one school year/semester if the school purchases new subscriptions matching the amount being rolled over.
Example: If your school has 30 unused subscriptions, they can roll these over for another year by purchasing a minimum of 30 additional subscriptions.
The district or schools are responsible for the allocation of subscriptions. Eduware cannot be held responsible for teachers using subscriptions without permission. Schools will be asked to designate an administrator(s) who will be responsible for monitoring subscription use.
Subscriptions are not transferable unless given permission by Eduware.
Question Catalogues are not included in the price of subscriptions. Each question catalogue costs $37.95
