A Brief Explanation on WizardTM Subscription Bundle Purchases
- Your school purchases a bundle of subscriptions. As each teacher registers for a subject, one subscription is deducted from your total.
- Example:
- New York City High School purchased 10 subscriptions. Mr. Bookman registers for Chemistry and Physics. This deducts 2 subscriptions. Ms. Davis registers for Algebra I. This deducts 1 subscription. My Town School District has used 3 of 10 subscriptions.
- Each subscription is personal to be used by a specific teacher. Subscriptions are not “Multi-User Licenses.”
- Subscriptions will expire one year (12 months) from date of purchase. Unused subscriptions can be recovered for a small fee.*
- The schools are responsible for the allocation of subscriptions. Eduware cannot be held responsible for teachers registering for subscriptions without permission. Schools will be asked to designate an administrator(s) who will be responsible for monitoring subscription use.
- Administrators will be capable of viewing the teachers who have created accounts and the history of usage and expiration dates.
- There is a 30 day grace period where a subscription may be transferred from one teacher to another. Subscriptions are not otherwise
transferrable unless given permission by Eduware
- Each login is unique to the particular teacher. It is against the Terms of Service for more than one teacher to use one account.
- Question Catalogues are not included in the price of subscriptions. Please contact us for FAMIS numbers to order
catalogues.
- These terms and prices are subject to change without notice.
* Unused subscriptions
can be recovered with payment of a $15.00 recovery fee per subscription.
