Answer: Eduware offers free Updates for its software programs. These updates fix problems that were previously not found in earlier versions of our software as well as add new features, along with improved performance and user friendliness.

Question: Are your database upgrades free?

Answer: Our databases are constantly being updated with new questions and exams. These upgrades are known as our Supplemental Upgrades. You can purchase supplemental upgrades by calling our office at 1-888-338-9273 or by going online to our E-Store.

Question: Can I update a computer that has no access to the Internet?

Answer: Our upgrades can be downloaded for use with a floppy disk. Download the upgrade file on a computer that has internet access. Save that file to a floppy disk and then run the upgrade from the floppy on the computer without internet access.

Question: Are you working on correcting your old databases?

Answer: Yes, we are always looking for ways to improve our databases. This includes going back and re-proofing old databases.

Question: Does eduware keep up with the current standards?

Answer: When curriculums change Eduware is well aware and is right on top of updating our databases to the new standards.
